Making Marmalade with Caster Sugar
5 Answers
Help please - am just boiling up the chopped oranges to make marmalade & have discovered I've bought caster sugar instead of granulated. Too late to abort the process now so will it make any difference?
Prompt responses appreciated ! Thanks

(Actually it was my husband's error in buying the wrong type of sugar but as he magnificently chopped up all the fruit & did much of the work I won't complain when he fishes out all the nice chunky lumps of peel !!)
