Who sings the music for the Kellog's advert 'Drop a Jean Size' and is it still available please?

I'm pretty sure this one is Blondie - 'One way or another' - as to whether it is still available, you could try searching some of Blondie's albums or it was also used in the film Coyote Ugly so should be on the soundtrack for that.
