Well, at least it wasn't pitch black when alarms went off this morn! Pretty blowy & grey here, but blue sky is trying to appear  - a really autumnal morning as they say. Loads to do today but nothing that needs to be done super early thank god. I woke up to the horror of finding out that we had ran out of tea bags, which means I've not had my morning cuppa! I'm having to have coffee, so I'm traumatised! Cannot actually remember when that last happened (running out of tear bags lol). Mind you, MrSmow is an avid coffee drinker so he probably wouldn't have even noticed we had no tea bags for weeks! 
So whose reading this from the warmth of their duvet in bed, and who is up and about already?

Good morning, I have been up since 6.30. Had breakfast and watching the news.  No sign of Mr U getting up yet. I need to get to Sainsburys so hopefully he will surface soon as he has to take me, he will have breakfast in their cafe while  I shop.

Very breezy and dull at the moment after our mini Indian Summer.  I

I am complete opposite of you, I could not even look at a cup of tea until afternoon, coffee for me.

Good morning! Do you need to get to Sainsburys early for a reason or you just like going early?

Morning all. I'm up and at em as usual,two cuppas so far and porridge. It's a start

Habit as much as anything, but it is nice to get out early before it gets busy, then got the rest of the day for anything else.  It was much easier when I could drive, but at least I don't have him coming round the shop, disappearing, and putting things we don't want/need in the basket.

Ahhh, so he's happy sitting having his breakfast in the cafe - fair enough lol!

Morning all, I am up and at -em though I cant see that lasting very long. Ubasses that seems a lovely routine you have got since your move, are you living on the coast or more inland.

We are expecting a tesco delivery later and our cleaning lady is coming as well.

Good morning all. Quite a nice day here. I too am going shopping, given up on home deliveries. The last order I placed there was more "alternatives" than ordered items. No plans for today, catching up on paperwork so I can file it. 

Smow how did you get on building your filing cabinet for your office?

Hi  Rosetta, we are a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach.

I envy you ubasses, we live a long way from the coast in every direction. I lived in the South Hams for twelve months as a child and it lovely to be able to walk to the beaches. Well done for your shelves Smow
