If they were to bend to everyone that demanded a bypass it would be billions not millions. Besides that like every other estimate it has more or less doubled in price hence its been cancelled like Sunak stopped HS2. Now you might say thats because it ran into billions. Billions or millions, its the same, when theres demand for many other bypasses not just this one. 600 million for what? about 8 mile of road.
