Do I Order A Us Plug Or Send The Curlers I Got Back?

I accidently ordered US Plug  curler and it won't fit in any of my plugs. I'm struggling to get hold of the company to return them.

Abbey, if you buy a US adaptor, you'll need to take it with you every time you go away. I'd rather just have a UK one!

DDIL's link at 18.57 shows an adaptor...NOT a converter.

You'll be able to plug the device in, but it's going to have problems working on 240v since it's designed for half that!

None. You need a convertor plug. You have already been told this.

abbey...put simply, the device you have works at US voltage of 120v. Voltage in UK is 240v...so to use it here, you'll need a voltage converter...and decent ones (ie safe ones) don't come cheap!

Abbey, with the differences in power, it seems wisest just to send that one back - and look more carefully at the specifications when you buy another!
