Greek Yoghurt!
Have a look here

There are loads of desserts ...Ancient sweet with honey seems to be the easiest to make.

is a rum baba greek???

also what are those things that look like shredded wheat with honey and green nutty bits. similar to baklava but definately not the same.

Roasted figs with honey and Greek yoghurt...

Have a trawl through here: http://ethnic-food.net/greek-food.html loads of Greek recipes and ideas. Presume you shouldn't do a nice fruit salad with wine in it though - nice ancient idea, use a little sweet wine and some honey with lots of mediterranean fruits - if this is a school project...............
