I have been to a couple of takeaways in manchester and I would like to know how to make donner sauce

Greek recipe with beef

eazy squeaze sweet n sour heinz sauce

Why not ask them where they get theirs from or how they make it? My fave kebab restaurant had THE most delicious yoghurt based sauce and they were more than happy to give me the recipe - remarkably easy to make and they even gave me a tub to take home free!!
Although probably best not to do this when the pubs have just turned out!
