looking for a dish to go along with a spicy mince
I have friends coming over. We are not having a dinner as such, more just I am offering up some food throughout the evening(on their laps). I have a tasty dish I make which is a kind of curried lamb mince with potato through it and is very tasty served with mini nan breads and ratia. I just wondered if someone had any suggestions as to something I could offer as an alternative but was ok to eat alongside this if someone fancied having a bit of both? I am not a very adventurous cook that something straightforward, either done on the hob or in the oven. Was thinking perhaps something with chicken.
appreciate any ideas.

Thread the chicken on to skewers and alternate with cubes or bits of vegetable (pepper, onions, mushroom etc) then simply grill or fry them till cooked. These work really well in a george foreman grill thing as the chicken does not dry out.
They can be eaten in the pitta also with Raita
Hope that helps
