She looks absolutely dreadful and really ill to me. The people she 'treats' look far healthier and more attractive. Her ideas are pretty stupid and noone should eat food they dislike. There are better ways to lose weight! She is not a real doctor anyway, just a complete fake.
Stay as you are as long as you feel fit and happy and, of course, are not morbidly obese!!!!
She always looks to me as if she is about to pass out any minute.
I would not pay any attention to what she says and her poo fetish is laughable !
The only sensible diet is one recommended by professional people such as GP or qualified dietician.
I would rather starve than do some of the things she recommends.

This makes very interesting reading !
I have had to lose weight because of some health problems..but I have far more confidence in what my Practice Nurse advises than the utter cr@p GM churnsout.
hi Boo, think you are what you eat, always states the obvious. Yeah, eat loads of chips and takeaway. You will put on weight.
I am on a tight budget and takeaways are at most, once a year. We dont miss them.
But am also vegetarian, and a lot of the stuff she promotes, we eat anyway.
I am not super slim, nor fat. We dont go without. And sprouts, alfalfa especially taste delicious. Think its the way she presents it may put others off.
Try it. p.s. I love crisps and chocolate
I personaly cannot stand seeing ppl on tv who have a problem with weight being patroiised by self made big eared hobbits like Gillian.
erm { goes in eats a 12 pack of cheese n onion and drinks a bottle of vodka with canberry juice!!}
eat me ,, you are what you eat!!
'Dr' Gillian is the only person who currently makes me shout at the telly in our house. What really irritates me is how she goes on about how smelly the dieters poo is.
Seriously Gillian...what does yours smell of? Rose petals and freshly cut grass?
Totally winds me up...and yet...and yet...I find myself watching the flipping programme every week...just to get wound up.
Like many others I need to lose a few pounds but I also enjoy my food and don't think anybody can be really motivated to lose weight if they're not enjoying what they're allowed to eat. Psychologically for most of us, actually being on a diet is a penance in itself, so getting pleasure from permitted foods is vital. Luckily there are so many healthy foods around that dieting can be manageable but honestly, who would want to drink a brussels sprouts smoothie for breakfast !!!
Oh good, an I hate Gillian McKeith thread. I need something to replace my MasterChef vacuum.
GM is automatically loathable, she is obsessed with poo and makes me shout at the box too.
Fortunately I love all the 'good' foods like sprouts (4 times a week in season) and baked beans, and if I needed to lose a bit, just cut down on the Budweiser.
There are enough foods in this world that you don't have to eat stuff you hate.
Okay, some people might have to try a bit harder to introduce veggies or whatever, but what a very stupid idea it is to force down something that makes you gag.
That woman is ugly, wrinkled, without personality, and completely judgemental.
As for the poo, I have a very healthy diet and digestive system and I don't worry if mine isn't the precise colour she dictates. How stupid!
More fool anyone who wants to go on the programme. And how very dangerous her approach is to people who already have self-esteem problems.
Aaaarrrggghhhh .... don't start me!!
