name the film

cannot think of the name of a film I saw quite a few years ago. The plot is about and undercover police woman, who has gone in undercover as the bgirlfriend of a man who is involved in the Klu Klux Klan. In one part of the film the people of the town take the kids to a camp where they are encouraged to hunt down people of ethnic origin. Doeas anyone know the name of the film.
