What would you miss eating of you lived like a queen?

After posting an ans to the Great British Menu Q. I thought how much stuff the Queen misses out on because she cannot go browsing the shelves of the supermarket herself for something different, naughty or indulgent to snack on.

So my question is what have you found lately that's tickled your tastebuds?

The delights of the kebab shop on a Saturday night after the pub has closed; it's not like she can nip down her local for a pint and then grab a bag of chips on the way home.

As for recent stuff that she might have missed out on I would say Happy Hippos (the chocolate ones) and coke with llime (tastes like crap but I got to try it and she probably hasn't)

Ooooooooh I never thought about it that way ! That means she probably never had a Bigmac, or a pint on tap, or a kebab, or ...blimey, think of all she missed out on ! lol Do you think she's ever been drunk ??

And she's never had the experience of standing in a petrol station queue and buying a chocolate bar which you don't really want but buy because it's there! . Do you think she knows what a BOGOF is?

maximo - I think if the Queen wanted real ale the cellar master at Buck House would have enough savvy to be able to oblige. Then again think of the comments if someone spotted a dray wagon pulling in...

He he ! guess she's probably had beer on tab then...but what about a good chat with her mates at the same time, having one too many and getting chatted up by the local womaniser, grabbing a kebab on the way back to Buckingham? Bet she hasn't done that ! lol

when your on deaths door after a night out one of those microwavable rustlers burgers tastes like the best thing in the world...or microwavable sausages... bet shes never had them!!! but my god dont have them unless your drunk/hungover cuz they're vile!!

I suspect the queen has eaten a lot of the things described, but not recently. She was in the land army during the war, so fish and chips, real ale and being drunk probably aren't unfamiliar. Can't say the same for kebabs or rustler's burgers tho...
