Mushroom substitute

I have found a recipe for cocunut and lemon grass risotte with mushroom duxelles and spinach which sounds just delicious - the only problem is I don't like mushrooms. Can anyone suggest an allternative to chestnut mushrooms.

Since my earlier answer disappeared, I'll try again, Why not just try leaving out the mushrooms? I don't think they'd add a lot of flavour in view of the other ingredients, and may well be included for their texture and appearance. Otherwise, you could chop them really finely (or mince them). That would add their flavour, but you'd not notice them looking up at you!
