Dear All,


I was wondering if anyone knew the recipe for Lebanese Garlic Sauce that is normally served in a Shawarma. I have tried making it at home but it never comes out right! Its a lovely sauce that tastes amazing with chips!

'Puritan' is a flax seed oil. Note the comment re the sauce splitting as well. One Lebanese aioli on here as well - just click the Lebanese link.
