Does anyone know how many pints of milk the average `Starbucks` goes through in a day ??

I used to work in a Starbucks and I've been wracking my brains to come up with an answer....all I can say is that there were 2 fridges. The front fridge (under the coffee maker) could hold 32 x 4 pint jacks. The rear fridge could hold a bit more, but it was rare that both were full.

It would probably take a day and a half to go through all that milk, but the one I worked at wasn't particularly busy. A city centre store would probably use half as much as that again.

But that doesn't count fruit based frappucinos, filter coffee and tea!

Haven't been to a Starbucks in ages....
