I have done the Weight Watchers diet many times and found it to be really good. I know it's a pain joining and going along to be weighed in, but I found this really gave me the motivation to make sure I stuck with the diet or what was the point in paying out all that money. I have not done it on-line.
If you have 5 weeks before you go away, it is feasible that (provided you really stick to the diet) you can easily lose 2lbs a week, possibly more. The first few weeks are when you lose the most weight.
I tend to do it for around 6 months because (for me) that's how long I tend to need to lose my excess. Over indulge during the winter and diet leading up to the summer!
Good luck - I'm sure with a bit of determination, you'll find a way and look fab when you go away!
I did it online I have to say it was the biggest waste of 50 ever! I just couldn't get motivated without going to a class and having an official weigh in.
I did weigh myself but it wasn't the same and I soon joined a class again. Far better for me but it depends how disciplined you are about doing it yourself, I wasn't at all!
5 weeks???????
Forget about weight watches and anything diety.
Simple for the next 5 weeks....... just eat
Breakfast (any non-sugary) Cereal with skimmed milk
Lunch 1 and half pittas with salad
Tea I and half pittas with white protein
+ any two fruits and 2 litres of water every day.
That's it no exceptions. No tea/coffee unless black and NO booze
In 5 weeks you will have lost 20lbs guaranteed. Boring but effective. If you excercise a little more aswell you will be looking at AT LEast 2 stone.
Mind over matter, simple.
