What to do with lemon curd?

I have some lovely homemade lemon curd in the fridge, but I can't think of anything to use it on apart from toast! Any ideas anyone?

i make choc profiteroles, and instead of just cream for the filling, mix the whipped cream with some lemon curd and fill the profiteroles

lemon curd is really just a lemon custard so it can be used for loads of custard based things

It's lovely stirred into some natural or greek yoghurt and then put in the freezer for a couple of hours so that it's stiff but not solid - don't stir it completely in either, just roughly so that it kind of swirls!! mmmmmnnnn, lovely with fresh strawberries!! Might have to go buy some lemon curd now.........

We sell a lemon cake at my work which is basically a Victoria Sponge but instead of the jam, you put in Lemon Curd...yummy!

I whip some cream, smash up some meringue and put it in then add a few splodges of lemon curd. Then stick in freezer, they are like little bombes......lovely

... bake some cocktail vaulevounts, fill with lemon curd, top with meranguie pop back into the oven to brown...

use as a filling in a swiss roll or instead of jam in jam tarts, I made some muffins once with fresh raspberries and lemon curd in them ..yummy...

this is a really easy pudding I make sometimes, and everone loves it.

Soak ginger bisuits in ginger wine until damp (but not completely soggy). Mix the lemon curd with whipped cream, then layer up the biscuits and cream in a bowl. Delicious!

You can put a spoonful in the bottom of a teacup then get a packet sponge mix and make up to requirements then microwave for about 2mins

I'm afraid I just get a teaspoon and eat it direct from the jar - absolutely delicious

Mix it with some Mascarpone and spread inside a flan round. Cover it with fruit slices, like kiwi, mandarin, or chocolate sprinkles for example.

Lovely with ice cream, or a fruity sauce.

Toast (or not) a Raisin & Cinnamon bagel. Cut in half and spread with Philidelphia and top with lemon curd. Sounds like c**p - tastes delicious. I have converted all those who went "Yuk" when first suggested but then tried!

I buy merainge nests and fill them with lemon curd.I think it is a delicious and simple pudding.Sorry about the spelling.
