Is it too late to plant strawberries?

I think the best bet would be to buy strawberry plants from a garden centre, as I planted my seeds a while and they are starting to flower.

I have had Strawberry plants in my homemade greenhouse for about a week, they are ready to flower. I'm going to risk putting them into a big pot and leave them on the patio.
I think it'll work out alright :-)
