Wheat grass schmeat rass?

Wheat grass juice is meant to be wonderful for you. I have looked and found some people use wheat some use spelt some use barley some alfalfa so can you just use normal rye grass?
like go out cut the lawn?
Whats the difference with the different grasses?
I hear Wheart grass tastes horrible.
I have bought an Oscar juicer and want to start jicing but am not sure which to choose

wheatgrass contains 70% chlorophyll, which is often referred to as the blood of plant life. It closely resembles the molecules of� human red blood cells.
