So am I because i just bought Wrigley's Extra peppermint chewing gum and the ice mint strips and both say sugarfree. Nothing on either of them said 'high calorie food'
Sugar free doesn't mean low calorie though.
Lots of food are sugar free but still high in calories, the fat content can be very high without there being any sugar in the food
i know that ugly_bob and chazza but i was just commenting on the fact the gum and mints i bought didn't say 'high calorie food' anywhere on the packets whereas SKA's apparently did....??

Apologies I was answering SKA's question
