The ABV of this drink will depend upon the ABV of the mild which is mixed with the brown ale.

The ABV of Mann's Brown Ale is 2.8%. If you mix it with Bateman's Mild (3.0%) the resulting ABV will be 2.9%

If, however, you mix Mann's Brown Ale with a stronger mild, like Dark Horse (3.8%), the resultant ABV will be 3.3%.

So the only answer I can really give you is 'halfway between 2.8% and the ABV of your chosen mild'.

Chris
PS: If you wanted the alcohol content expressed in 'units' of alcohol, there are 1.65 units in a pint of brown & mild if Mann's is mixed with Bateman's Mild. If you use a stronger mild, like Dark Horse, there are 1.87 units of alcohol in a pint.
