Stir fry for oriental dishes, cook them glazed, diced for salsas, stuff them - fish goes well... puree for a dip, blitz to a cream for adding to dressings....

Have a look at the ideas at : http://www.astray.com/recipes/?search=radish mostly are for salds but few options there, and also : http://chef2chef.net/search/menuc.php?start=0&search=radish has 10 pages of ideas.

Hi nickmo tried one of the recipes last night and it was very nice and there are plenty to choose from ,its a good job I like radishes
Hi TTT - so which one?
Question Author
I did the sugar snaps diced bacon and radishes with jersey potatoes with plenty of black pepper ( is your mouth watering yet ) with strawberries and cream to follow

Sounds good! and local strawberries I trust - none of your imported stuff...

Glad you liked the recipes...the astray site has a really easy database to search and always comes up with good ideas, and chef2chef is handy if you get stuck with any ingredients - bit like the gourmet sleuth site at http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/

If you ever need hints for odd ingredients have a look at that one - really good info there...

Ta ta for now..
