chicken beef fish eggs - some bodybuilders can simply drink eggs down (saves having to mess about cooking them). www.atkinscenter.com can give you loads of info on protein in the diet
I'd recommend concentrating on getting fit, and not worrying about building up your muscles just for the sake of it -- but yes, meat, fish, eggs and cheese are protein foods.
Try to increase your reps and reduce the weights so you build smaller but more defined muscles you also build stamina I've worked with some body builders of the Arnie type and although they are big blokes they haven't got any stamina and soon get Knackered . Stay away from fatty foods fat takes longer to get rid of than muscle but when it goes your muscle willstand out more
