Cheap meal ideas

ok folks I am VERY very skint this week :-( so I need ideas for cheap meals for my son and I. So far I am thinking:
peppers stuffed with rice
chicken wings with spices and cucumber and tomato slices
home made pizza's
and home made kebabs (pork, red onions and peppers) but thats only 4 nights dinners, help!!

Put some rice on to cook, and add some turmeric if you have it for colour.
Meanwhile, lightly fry an onion and 1-2 cloves garlic, till clear. Add a tin of corned beef, cubed, and let it warm through, till it breaks down. I find it easier to use a wok for this.
When rice is cooked, strain and add to mixture in wok. Mix well & serve.

1 Pound of Hamburger � (I think you guys call it Minced Beef) Browned & Drained
1 Pack Taco Seasoning
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes (has jalapeno peppers in it)
1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 Can Corn � Whole Kernel
1 Can of Water
Mix together & cook until it looks done.
After you put it in your bowl � taste it, it is great that way and less fattening � then put a big blob of sour cream in it and mix it up � then taste it again.
Garnish with black olives, cheese, onions, chives � whatever makes you happy.
I usually double the recipe and freeze some - so all I have to do is microwave it the next time.
