Chicken like in KFC

Does anyone know how to make chicken like in KFC because I've always wanted to know. Ive tried making it before but the batter stuff i put on the chicken just floated away in the oil when I tried to fry. So plz can someone help.

4 pieces chicken quarters
3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 teaspoons msg
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1. Pre-Heat Oven 375f
2. Cut chicken into 8 pieces(4 legs and 4 thighs)
3. In a zip lock bag mix all dry ingredients.
4. Wet chicken and put one or two pieces at a time in zip lock bag and shake well.
5. Then put on an oiled pan. Use Conola or Peanut oil so your chicken will not stick. Bake aprx: 40-50 min untill chicken is done. Half way through spoon oil from pan on chicken to brown properly.

1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon powdered sage
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon majoram
1 1/2 teaspoon thyme
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons dry minced parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons onion salt
2 tablespoons powdered chicken bouillon; * see note
1 package lipton tomato cup of soup mix
Directions:
* or 4 cubes mashed There are actually 11 spices in the above combination, but an additional 3 ingredients were necessary to derive that special flavor. Place all ingredeints in blender with on\off spped for 3-4 minutes to pulverise, or rub through a fine strainer. Store in an airtight container so it will not lose potency. Makes about 3/4 cup.
To use with flour: Add 1 oz. mix to cup of flour for coating chicken.

For those of you who like salt! I have made KFC like chicken before, and I'm pretty sure they don't add any of the above nonsense. All they add is lots and lots of SALT!!
I use chicken fillets coz it's a bit leaner. Dip your chicken in some flour mixed with lots of salt, then dip it in egg, then dip it back in the flour with lots of salt, then fry in some sunflower oil to brown the outside and whack it in the oven at 400F/200C for 15 minutes.
It definately tastes the same...however word of warning, don;t eat this every day, coz it will prbably be bad for your health!!
