Eggs at windows?

What offence is somebody guilty of if they continually throw eggs at the same person's house window? Say 3 times a day?

I would call it harrassment mrjamie21. You could inform the police I doubt it would do much though.

I Scotland that would be a straighforward 'Breach of the peace' (an arrestable offence), but I'm sure the police would want to know the reason why people suould be targetting you before they took any action.

if you call the police they may say are you eggsagerating.but if they catch the person then the yolk would be on them.

If they do that their brains must be scrambled,but if it was boiled eggs they where throwing,you would have to call in the soldiers.

They would definitely be quilty of being dumbasses, maybe vandalism and maybe even criminal mischief.
