I was wondering if any one knows the laws concerning minors (-16) whether they are allowed to sit at a bar even if they are accompanied by an adult can any one help me?

You are not allowed alcohol but you may have one glass of wine whilst accompanying a meal (in a bar/restaurant for example) but again it is at the discretion of the landlord
