I have been slowly trying to decrease my intake of artificial sweeter...I honestly was consuming probablly 40+ packets a day. Now don't get the wrong impression, it wasn't like I was pouring these packets down my throat. This was like diet koolaid I would make, put in tea, coffee, sprinkle on fruit etc. Anyway, when I tried to stop eating so much I starting getting bad headaches that seemed only curable with artificial sweetner?? Any Suggestions??

Try drinking several cups of hot water with a slice of lemon during the day. It may seem a little tart to cope with at first but the taste will slowly change your perception of how much sugar you need and after a while you will probably start to find that sprinkling sugar on fruit, and drinking it dissolved in tea makes the food seem really sickly and unpalatable.
