alkaline and acid foods

Hi, im trying to find a site that will give me a list of foods containing alkaline and acid,any help would be greatly appreciated, as my daughter is allergic to something in food that brings her up in a blister rash on her arms and around her mouth. Thankyou

The most comprehensive coverage of the acid alkaline question I know of is given on www.Mercola.com. There you will find details of Metabolic typing. Google "metabolic typing" to find other sources. Different foods react differently in different people depending on the individual's consitiution, so some "acid" foods may well not cause an acidic reaction. If your daughter seems to be allergic to something, perhaps some allergy screening would be appropriate. You could start with your GP.
