Making tea's from lemon verbena and mint?
8 Answers
I have some lemon verbena (sp?) and mint in a large pot in my garden and they are getting a bit wild so I would like to do something with them instead of wasting them. I am no Delia Smith but I was wondering if I could make a sort of tea from them, does anyone know how? TIA.

I've got one in a large pot, I've had it for years. The lemonyness from this plant is just something else !
I stick a couple of leaves in with boiled potatoes, along with standard mint.
