Ive actually been sticking my red wine in the fridge. Before you all fly back at me, at the famous Indian Star of India years and years ago they gave us chilled red. And recommended that in hot weather, with cheap wine it's a good idea. And I agree. In Italy a month ago would never have done it AND could have bought 5 decentish local bottles for the �5 I spend here for a cr*p one. That is my desire. (plus I've put some fanta in the ice cube tray - not had that since a kid)

tonyted - I agree, this red wine is cheap and not so good so losing it's taste is a good thing. The local 90 cents wine I got in Italy was perfect at room temperature. Ergo - Morrisons best is in the fridge..
