I have a boned joint of gammon weighing 1.450g. To cook is it 35 mins per 450g plus 35 mins or just 3x35mins approx not 4 ? Thanks

If roasting, 3 x 35 mins, +35 mins. at Gas 4 / 180c for a slow roast. If covering in foil remove this 20 /25 mins before end of cooking. Add a glaze at this time too.

You can boil for half the cooking and roast for the remainder for a more tender result.
