Wine Barrel Tap...

Hi everyone

My dad has enlisted my help in tracking down a wine barrel tap for him, i have searched E-bay but there's not a suitable one. He showed me an old one he had, it's heavy chrome/some kind of metal, has a short thread and a spout thing( pourer) and the handle is like a lever that you turn left or right. Am i making any sense here?

Anyway, he said they should'nt cost more than a fiver.
