any good italian delicatessen should stock it
Not the exact location but south so close enough: http://www.newworldwines-southsea.co.uk/defaul t.asp also order online. Grappa has its' own section in 'liqueurs'.

Berry Bros and Rudd also have on line here as do quite a few other sites - have a trawl for the best prices and watch the delivery costs . . . .

For local outlet, probably be best to speak to a local quality wine merchant and see if they can supply or recommend ant specific labels.
Here's an online supplier:

A web search suggests this as a possibility:
Monte's Italian Delicatessen,
23 Canonbury Lane,
Islington,
London,
N1 2AS
(That was from a page cached by Google. The shop's website is dead but the phone still rings so I assume that they're still in business. Call ahead to check: 020 7354 4335)

Another Google-cached page suggests that this wine shop, in Broadstairs, sells grappa but I can't find it listed on their current web pages:

In Oxfordshire (Witney to be precise) you can buy grappa from the Oxford Wine Company:

I bought some Grappa in a shop called 'bubbles' in Twickenham High St.
