Had the most delicious dish in a kerala restaurant in southend on sea called cheera chicken. I'm desperate to go back as it was the best indian dish i've ever had. Trouble is i live in Cumbria so it'd be cold by the time i got it back. Tried to re create it myself after searching internet for recipes similar. I just couldn't seem to find the exact recipe.
See here you will find some facts about it

My mum grows a lot of this.
It's delicious sliced thin and fried with onions and garlic or stuffed and curried. But I think it might be an aquired taste because it's quite bitter. It's also good for diabetes. Tea made from the leaves of this plant is also good for lowering the blood glucose level. I once conducted an experiment to prove this, and sure enough it did lower my blood sugar after drinking the tea.
