im having a party and want to make a triffle for at least 30 people, how will i know how much of everthing i will need. Thankyou.

Find a recipe that tells you how many people it should serve and multipl the quantities accordingly.

2 Turkey tins. Find portion control better in these.5 swiss rolls 2 and half each tin . Cheapest sherry you can find. Pour half bottle in each/stand overnight.5 tins fruit cocktail share as before.5 jellies/orange goes well.(make up and just as they are setting pour over ) 5 pints of thick custard. 3 large tubs whipping cream. 3 cadbury flakes crumble on top.
