Chinese Beef OK?

Has anyone ever hear of, know how to make, or had Beef/Chicken in Ok sauce? Its a chinese dish which is delicious, and quite similar to sweet and sour. I have since moved down south from Lancashire and cant seem to find a take away or restaurant who does this dish down here! Please help, any ideas on recipes would be ace too,

Chinese meat? You mean meat of actual chinese human beings? I wouldn't recommend eating it, its probably illegal.

Umm, no. I think our friend with the numerical nomenclature is seeking beef or chicken cooked in OK sauce. I have seen it on takeaway menus but I'm not a great lover of Chinese food. Looking on Google it does seem to be peculiar to Northern England for some strange reason.
