I have a recipe for a really good really healthy strawberry smootie (really filling and great for breakfasts! =) in case you are interested: 1 cup yogurt (plain or strawberry), 1 cup milk, 1 chopped banana, however many frozen strawberries you want, and a quarter cup corn syrup. Blend together in a blender and enjoy! (I suppose you could experiment with different flavours of yogurt and fruit etc)
