Chicken, Bacon & Avocado Salad

I would like to make a chicken, bacon & avocado salad, but have no idea what kind of dressing would go with it? Any ideas?!

Honey & mustard

Simple balsamic vinegar and herb

Feta and red wine vinegar with thyme and marjoram

Simple garlic vinagrette

I'd suggest to go for quite a strong flavour for the dressing - and only add at the point of serving if you are using green salad leaves to avoid the dreaded wilt....

Thanks for that Nickmo - think i'd go for the balsamic or the honey & mustard. My tummy is rumbling now, not long til home time! lol!!

Personally I'd prefer a creamy, garlicky one - something like Caesar dressing.

I would think a lemon vinagrette would be lovely. And yes, my mouth is watering now too! Think I'll make it for dinner tonight!
