We are having a visitor from South Korea staying with us for a long weekend, has anyone got any suggestions what I could cook, something easy so I don't have to spend all my time in the kitchen. Thanks.

A big roast chicken and a tray of roast veg in the oven at the same time. Or a curry- you could prepare a curry in advance and reheat it- the fl;avour is always better the next day. How about pasta with a couple of tubs of nice fresh pasta sauce from MandS? add a couple of bags of nobby salad and french bread-no cooking at all really.

spend to long in the kitchen,i wouldnt make a CAREER out of that.
get it Korea
had to be said sorry!
When we had a visitor from Japan he was only interested in eating traditional English food - especially a full English breakfast and fish and chips. I wouldn't bother with cooking korean food - he'll eat that all the time at home. I'd just go for English or at least European food, sausages and mash, shepherds pie, a pasta dish etc.
Noodles?
