I usually eat healthily during the week but since it is Saturday I will be having bacon, sausages, black pudding, eggs, tomato, mushrooms and tattie scones. What's your favourite weekend breakfast/brunch?
Scrambled egg made with 3 eggs and a dash of double cream. Plenty of black pepper and a bit of nutmeg served on 4 slices of sunflower granary bread and half a tin of cold beans......topped with salad cream !!!
Eventually cooked it all at 2.30pm - delicious. Also had a couple of nectarines and lots of fresh mandarin juice. Still not hungry so I don't think I'll eat again today (apart from the bottle of wine).
