chicken mince

Hello, i only eat white meat and i cant seem to make a tasty chicken mince shepherds pie any ideas please.

I'd give up, I'd use quorn or realeat veggie mince as, especially the later is made to taste like mince. They can be a bit sloppy so cut down on any liquids your chosen recipie might contain.

I use turkey mince and always add worcestershire sauce and a bit of red wine

it could be that you're using tasteless chicken, as most available in the UK is mass produced. try adding one or two chicken stock cubes to the mix. you'll find them with gravy in the supermarket.

but as a veggie, i'd have to agree with WoWo.
