what a funny question, they do i see it every week at most supermarkets in the uk but your best bet would be either boots or superdrug goodluck with your bubble hunting :)

I seem to remember that when Super Matey came out in the 1970s, the selling point was that unlike other products, it didn't sting your eyes leading to many a happy bathtime!
