Can anyone suggest any websites which gives me the calorie content of foods? I know about caloriecounting.co.uk but it is more for specific brands and processed foods, whereas I would like a list of basic foods eg chicken breast, xxgrams, boiled potato xxg
etc

you have to sign up, but the calorie content is there 1000's of foods...
