Anyone got any good food suggestions for packing to take with me this weekend? Am going camping, and am veggie.

pot noodles? Tinned potatoes? Boil in bag veg curries? Rice with veg?
What I can think of now: Muesli, Dried Fruits+Nuts, Instant Soups, Pasta, Tortilla Chips. Tin of tuna, Tin Beef. Appels.
ENjoy!!!!

thanks! the noodle option's a good one, tho I can't handle Pot Noodles - has to be the Super variety. And lots of alcohol of course!
If you take a mini cooker, which is two hotplates and a grill, there isn't a whole lot you can't cook!
Bacon, egg and sausage always goes down well. Oh, and don't forget the black pudding.
A friend of mine was at a dinner, in the old East Germany, and when he told his host that he was vegetarian, he didn't understand. Another guest had to explain to the host, who immediately turned to my friend, gave him a knife and fork, pointed to the garden, and told him to help himself, in German, of course!
I suppose the same could apply to camping vegetarians. I'm not joking; there must be lots of free food to be had from the hedgerows, etc.
I would avoid the hedgerows. Tins of veggie beans and sausages and eggs are versatile if you're cooking.
