Hello peeps, im looking for a book that will help me out. My 8mth baby girl is allergic to many different types of food such as wheat, milk, potatoes, soya, starch and basically i don't know what to give her. If anyone does know of such a book please reply, the poor little thing isn't on solids yet because of her allergies and she needs to be, thanks for looking.
ask a midwife,or will some one at the baby clinic be able to help they may even have a book,i do know there are milk alternatives, when my youngest was born he had a duodenal atresia(think thats spelt right),they put him on progesta milk, because he was lactose intolerant, they showed us at least a dozen more that we could of used.the gp,s proberbly your best option ,give your little one a hug from me,and good luck.

I was allergic to many think when I was a baby. However I see that you have also mentioned your baby is allergic to starch. Does that include rice and corn, sweet potato products? These are good alternatives.
My mother also took me to a homeopath to help with my problem.
Here's a website that might help - http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/allergy.htm
