Are they only sold in Scotland?

I've never seen this 'delicacy' sold anywhere else, anyone know for sure?

ive only ever seen them in Scotland,
I've seen them sold in farm foods not sure what they are like though :o)
my local Farm Foods stocks them in Suffolk
If it's the ones I'm thinking of,it's the same idea as moussaka only use macaroni instead of aubergines. Is it called 'pastichio' in Greece
