We used to able to buy bars of what was called coconut candy, made by Marshalls. Similar to coconut ice, but the coconut was flakes not little bits, and it was a caramel brown colour. Is it still around or anyone got a recipe for it?

einstein - It sounds fairly similar, ta. Will have to give it a go. Is the recipe complete? there's only two steps & it doesn't mention the eggs & sugar etc or how much coconut milk. But thanks anyway ;+)
