If they look and smell OK I would, after all they've been cooked, stored in a fridge and you're putting them into a hot oven again.
Reckon they'll be fine if your fridge maintains the recommended temperature of 5 degrees or lower. I often make a jumbo batch of Bramley apple sauce on Sunday for eating for roast pork. I store the residue in a bowl in the fridge, or a plastic container with a lid and stir in a couple of spoonfuls every morning with blackberries during the week when microwaving my porridge. If there's any left by Friday it's still perfectly OK.
