I have used & loved these but can't now find them in my local Sainsbury's, Waitrose or (smaller of 2) Tesco's. Any ideas?

Without meaning to sound nosy, what "flavour" were you after? For example, if it was Chinese, then you could possibly substitute the stir-fry cube with five spice and some fresh ginger. Those stir fry cubes are nice, but sometimes it is nicer to experiment with your own blend of herbs and spices. Then, if you are cooking for friends and they tell you how wonderful the meal is, you can proudly say, "Thanks, I invented it myself!"
Now you're making me feel guilty, KateJess, cos that's just the sort of cook I usually am - these cubes were one of my few short cuts! Crumbled on to lots of sliced/cubed/shredded veg straight from the garden, into the wok, they added instant "Chinese-ness" in a very acceptable way! I highly recommend the cubes, if anyone finds them ....
