Busy - "they" say when we have cravings it is because our body is lacking some vitamin or mineral that it needs - maybe just a trace of it. "They" also say your tastes change a bit every 7 years. I am not sure if either one of those is true - I just go with the flow myself:)
I've been having a craving for jacket potatoes lately, so just went and got one for my lunch!
Pizza with chips? Christmas cake, at Christmas? You're just mad!!

I eat very healthily all the time about once every 3 or 4 months, I just go junk crazy.
I can get through a multipack of Monster Munch in record time or a bumper pack of "crab" sticks.

In my day to day life my only real weakness is raw smoked bacon. And Mrs Ellswood's sweet gherkins.
